How it all starts

  • 90-minute consultation

  • Movement and injury assessment

  • Exercise history and goal setting

  • Obtain 3-5 RM for baseline strength

  • Required for all programs

Included with all Coaching Plans:

  • Access to training app for workout programming

  • Unlimited messaging communication with coach

  • Progress tracking and accountability

  • Weekly virtual check-ins

Coaching plans:

  • 12-week program: $550

  • 8-week program: $450

  • 6-week program: $350

And how it can go

Optional in-person coaching:

  • 60-minute session

  • $50 for current fitness clients

  • $75 for prior PT clients
