How it all starts
90-minute consultation
Movement and injury assessment
Exercise history and goal setting
Obtain 3-5 RM for baseline strength

Coaching plans:
12-week program: $550
8-week program: $450
6-week program: $350

60-minute session
$50 for current fitness clients
$75 for prior PT clients
